3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product listings, stock availability, and fulfillment of orders. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders placed on the platform constitute a binding agreement between buyer and vendor. RS Enterprise facilitates the transaction but is not a party to it.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform for fraudulent activity, spamming, or any illegal purpose. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
RS Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
